Scoping

Whether it’s a Greenfield site of your choosing or one that you want us to find, our Scoping Services determine site feasibility, gauge local interest and regulations, any potential competition, and possible impediments or foreseeable issues, allowing our clients to make the most informed decision possible about their project.

Land Acquisition

Our Agents are eager professionals who have the experience to get the land needed for projects and to head off any issues before they become problems, whether it’s NIMBY resisters, state and local officials, out-of-area landowners, or uncooperative ten-ants. Aided by our field-tested acquisition methods, lease prep-aration and workflow system, we get site control in the most efficient cost effective way.

Lease Consultation

Having seen lease agreements from nearly every player in the renewable energy field, we can analyze a lease and guide clients on what works best for differing regions, markets, and regulatory climates and which provisions work and which are unnecessary or disincentivizing.

Deed Pulling

Our head Deed Puller has over 40 years’ experience searching Title in the real estate sector. The attention to detail he and our other deed pullers ensures a clean transaction between landowner and client and client and financial backers. All deeds are digitized and uploaded to our Workflow System for our Lease Preparers to write.

Lease Preparation

Once our Land Agents get land committed and our deed puller provides the necessary documents, our Lease Preparation team reviews and writes the lease within 24 hours (and often the same day it is requested) allowing Agents to sign the landowners as quickly as possible. With a decade of experience, our Contract Supervisor has the experience and attention to detail to wrap up a successful project.

Pre-Construction

Whether it’s helping to get permits, site plan approval, getting signed SNDAs and ANPs, curative title work, easement adjust-ments, negotiating buying land for a substation or signing additional easements for transmission or other purposes, our Agents have done it all and can get it done quickly and efficiently.
